THIS PRODUCT IS INTENDED ONLY FOR EXTINGUISHING SMALL FIRES IN THEIR INITIAL STAGE. THE FIRE BLANKET IS DESIGNED FOR SINGLE USE AND SHOULD BE REPLACED AFTER FIRST USE. IT CAN AID IN SHIELDING PARTS OF THE BODY AND OR HELP SMOTHERING CLOTHES ON FIRE, BUT IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR USE AS A LIFE PRESERVATION DEVICE. ALWAYS CALL 911 FIRST BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT! EXTINGUISHING A FIRE IS AN INHERENTLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITY THAT COULD LEAD TO BURNS, SERIOUS INJURY, OR DEATH, EVEN IF THIS PRODUCT IS CORRECTLY AND PROPERLY USED.

FIRE EXTINGUISHER BLANKET - LIMITED WARRANTY:

The manufacturer, Klear Concepts, LLC, (the “Manufacturer”) warrants that this fire blanket (the “Product”) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use until the earlier of (i) the first use of the Product, or (ii) for a period of fifteen (15) years after the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). During the Warranty Period, if a defect arises in the Product, and a valid claim is submitted to Manufacturer through the channel specified on Manufacturer’s website, https://www.fireextinguisherblanket.com or https://www.klearconcepts.com, Manufacturer shall, at its option and in its sole discretion, either (a) repair the Product at no charge; (b) replace the Product with the same or substantially similar replacement; or (c) refund consumer the full original MSRP value of the Product. The remedies described above are the consumer’s sole and exclusive remedies and represent Manufacturer’s entire liability for a breach of this limited warranty. Manufacturer’s liability in connection with the Product shall under no circumstances exceed the actual amount paid by consumer for the Product. Any modification or consumer repairs of the product shall void this warranty.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, MANUFACTURER MAKES NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. MANUFACTURER DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS PRODUCT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MANUFACTURER’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from: (a) misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper storage of the Product; (b) accidents, acts of nature, or any other external causes; (c) unauthorized modifications or repairs; or (d) normal wear and tear.

This Product is not reusable after first use on a fire. This Product should only be used for its intended use to extinguish fires, not for play or warmth. This Product has passed the EN 1869:2019 Fire Blankets Fire Performance standard set by the European Committee for Standardization (CEN) and has been independently verified by SGS.  This limited warranty is available only to the original retail purchaser of the Product. The consumer must provide an original receipt or a copy of the original receipt evidencing proof of purchase of the Product in order to present a valid claim under the Limited Warranty.
